Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and participate in care planning.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to establish and adjust care goals.Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.Monitor patient conditions and adjust care interventions as necessary.Delegate and supervise care responsibilities assigned to support staff.Ensure timely and accurate documentation and communication of patient status and care plans.Participate in shift handovers and ensure continuity of care across teams.Experience you will need :
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.Active RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.Current CPR certification.Strong communication, assessment, and delegation skills.Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care preferred.Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
