Manager, Data & Analytics (Mergers & Acquisitions)

West Monroe is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our Data & Analytics practice focused on Mergers & Acquisitions . In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and executing the data-related aspects of carve-out and integration transactions, ensuring seamless separation, migration, and integration of data assets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data management, data architecture, and M&A processes, coupled with exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Pre-Close Carve-Out & Integration Strategy and Planning

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., business applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity) to develop and execute a comprehensive carve-out / integration strategy for data-related projects.
• Assess the target entity's data environment, including data architecture, data management, reporting, and advanced analytics to identify dependencies and risks.
• Define the scope, timeline, and resource requirements for data carve-out and integration initiatives.
• Inform TSA discussions and negotiations around the data and analytics perimeter.

Qualifications

Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Information on our competitive total rewards package, including our bonus structure and benefits is here. Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.

Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, purchase shares from our employee stock ownership program and be eligible to receive annual bonuses. Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Eligibility for ten weeks of paid parental leave will also be available upon hire date.
