Position Summary :

SkyWater's CMP Process Development Engineer has the responsibility of owning a CMP process module for specialty foundry customers. This is an exciting time to join SkyWater where you can support development to work on process improvement, yield and process optimization projects.

Responsibilities :

• Develop or integrate robust manufacturable process recipes for Foundry customers in the CMP area.
• Equipment and material characterization as it relates to CMP.
• Drive continuous improvement of CMP process capability and controls.
• Complex CMP process integration for CMOS / MEMS / Superconducting / Photonics or other novel device types.
• Resolve process excursions and drive permanent Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA).
• The job also requires performing other duties as assigned. Percentages of time spent on job duties are estimates and may vary for each position.

The annual salary range for this role is $MIN - $MAX. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
