Position : Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
Location : Santa ClaraCalifornia
Pay scale : Up to $1700Weekly Gross for 40 hrs
Shift : 6 to13 Weeks Contract / Per Diem (Flexible Schedule)
Responsibilities :
- Collecting assessing and recording required patientinformation such as medical history.
- Implementing treatment plans and helping patients performtherapeutic activities.
- Instructing patientsand their families in the skills and techniques of a treatmentprogram.
- Monitoring patients performance andproviding encouragement.
- Documenting patientsprogress attitudes and behaviour.
- Maintainingaccurate patient treatment records.
- Maintaining the work area and equipment and orderingsupplies.
- Attending meetings to reviewtreatments and patient progress.
Requirements :
- Graduate from an ACOTE accredited occupationaltherapy assistant program.
- License orcertification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the relevantstate.
- COVID Vaccination / Health Documents / License / Physical.
