Position Overview : We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, social communication, cognitive communication, and swallowing disorders in children. This role requires a compassionate approach and a commitment to creating customized therapy plans that meet the individual needs of each child and their family.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient's unique needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions that engage and motivate children.
• Educate and collaborate with family members and caregivers to support the child's therapy goals at home.
• Keep detailed records of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in pediatric speech and language pathology.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
