You belong here! Johns Hopkins Community Physicians looking for a Clinical Manager at our Family Practice in Frederick Maryland. The Clinical Manager reports to thePractice Administrator at a comprehensive multi-specialty site. The Clinical Manager is responsible for assisting the Practice Administrator in the daily clinical operations of the health center with an emphasis on managing clinical staff including budget management scheduling safety environment of care maintain adequate clinical supply level and the hiring supervision staffing evaluation and discipline of Human Resources. This position assists with tasks to comply with various pay for performance programs such as value based purchasing patient centered medical home and meaningful use and support of our patient centered mission.

Location : 6000 Executive Blvd North Bethesda MD 20852

Shift : Exempt - Full-time - 40 hours per week - Mon-Fri - 8 : 00 - 5 : 00 p.m.

What Youll Need to be Successful :

Salary Range : Minimum $29.40 / hour - Maximum $51.40 / hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
