Duties :
Major job functions include ensuring that all residents are afforded the opportunity to achieve and maintain their highest level of function. Maintaining resident care records and accurate billing records, communicating effectively with all necessary disciplines regarding resident progress, problems and approaches to residents. Ensure continuation of appropriate therapeutic follow-up programs.
Qualifications :
Current MN SLP Licensure and Experience in LTC / TCU is Preferred
