Entry Level Accounting Clerk (Degree Required)

Job Opening : Accounting Clerk (Temp, 5-Month Contract)

Chino, CA | $20–$22 / hr. | ? M–F, 7 : 30 AM–4 : 30 PM (100% onsite)

We’re hiring an  Accounting Clerk  to support a high-volume AP / AR team during a maternity leave coverage (approx. 5 months). No interview required— direct start .

Key Details :

Temporary role through an agency (not direct hire)

High-volume AP (processing up to 500 invoices / week)

Support Shared Services across both Accounts Payable & Receivable

Work closely with a team of 5, reporting to an AP Manager

Software : Prelude (experience not required)

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance  (recent grads welcome!)

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
