What Youll Do
Greet all guests with a genuine friendly demeanor and create a positive first impression
Manage reservations waitlists and table assignments using the restaurants reservation system
Escort guests to their tables and communicate important guest details to the service team
Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the host stand and entryway
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth flow and timing of guest seating
Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism and poise
Who You Are
Confident poised and naturally warm in your interactions
Organized and attentive to detail with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
Comfortable using reservation systems and communicating clearly with guests and team members
Genuinely passionate about hospitality and creating a memorable guest experience
Previous host or front-of-house restaurant experience is preferred
