Responsibilities

The Specialist, Accounts Payable receives and processes all invoices from the home office and the field, while verifying invoice data with departments and regional personnel.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

SUPERVISION

Position functions with supervision and has no direct reports.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 1-2 years of clerical experience (including data entry).  Prior Accounts Payable experience preferred. AS400 experience helpful. However, a combination of experience and / or education will be taken into consideration.

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS
