Job Responsibilities :
- Project Oversight : Oversee the progress of daily assigned projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are executed efficiently and within specified timelines.
- Develop Strong Working Relationships : Cultivate strong working relationships with our installation crews and customers, fostering trust and clear communication.
- Interaction : Interact with installation crews that are on-site to resolve basic customer issues, address technical queries, and manage customer change order processing, if needed.
- Customer Support : Respond to customer concerns and provide excellent customer service during and after the installation process, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Payment Handling : Secure payments from customers for contracted work, update necessary paperwork, and facilitate additional payment processing in accordance with company policies.
- Additional Tasks : Perform any other necessary functions or duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and the company.

- Flooring or Home Improvement Experience (Beneficial) : Previous experience in the flooring or home improvement industry is an advantage, but not required.
