Job descriptionAvailability : Open availability for full time position (45 hours per week) Must be able to adhere to all brand standards and maintain standards with team members Team leadership and training : Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver memory lasting service and food Operate and maintain speed and service operations Have an encouraging and uplifting attitude at all times Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening / closing procedures, inventory management, and scheduling Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation to ensure compliance with brand standard Manage cash drawers Enforce and oversee all policies and standards Support local marketing efforts such as catering orders or community events Must have at least 1 year of restaurant management experience Basic math and financial skills for cash handling and reporting Reliable transportation including valid driver's license and vehicle Comfortable leveraging Outlook calendar to keep track of schedules
Assistant Manager
$40,000-45,000 / yr Health Reimbursement (100% of Premium), PTO, Flexible Scheduling, Competitive pay, Free meal per shift, no late nights, no early mornings, Sundays off, Supportive team environment, opportunities for advancement, comprehensive training, no fryers or grease,
The Assistant Manager must be able to direct, coordinate, implement & manage the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve identified objectives / goals for sales, cost controls, employee hiring / training / retention, Guest service / satisfaction, product quality, and cleanliness / sanitation. This position is responsible for ensuring adherence & compliance for all standards of operating a CSC location.
