Role Summary In this position, your day-to-day responsibilities revolve around engaging with members who have requested information about their available benefits. You’ll handle both inbound and outbound calls, coordinate and confirm appointments, walk clients through clear and concise virtual presentations, use basic computer tools to complete digital forms, ensure accuracy through quality control, and participate in leadership development as you grow.
