Service Reliability Engineer (Level 3)

Team Red Dog is seeking an experienced Service Reliability Engineer (Level 3) to join our Global Technology clients operations organization. This remote role supports one of the worlds largest cloud platforms ensuring optimal service health and reliability across a complex live-site ecosystem. The right candidate will thrive in data-driven environments driving process improvements and influencing operational excellence using Azure Data Explorer Power BI and Windows Systems Engineering. Top Required Skills (Must Haves) :

• Azure Data Explorer and Power BI : Build and maintain dashboards to visualize live-site health problem management metrics and incident hygiene.
• Windows Systems Engineering : Deep understanding of infrastructure operations networking and storage to drive incident prevention and resolution.
• Software Engineering Fundamentals : Ability to analyze service data automate reporting processes and support root-cause analysis with sound technical reasoning.
