Job Summary :

The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer is pivotal in providing insights into customer behavior to steer business strategy through technological, marketing, finance, statistics, data mining, and social science expertise. This role involves formulating critical questions with business owners, analyzing vast data sets from Data Warehouse, and presenting actionable findings to management. The ideal candidate is driven by a passion for data analysis, detail-oriented, efficient, and possesses a strong analytical mindset aimed at data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate program features and marketing content's performance concerning customer response, usage, conversion, and retention.
• Conduct statistical A / B testing and multivariate experiments.
• Design, build, and maintain metrics and reports on program health.
• Respond to ad hoc requests for investigating critical aspects of customer behavior and conduct exploratory data analysis.
• Employ data mining, model building, segmentation, and other analytical techniques to capture significant trends in the customer base.
