Job descriptionManaging data entry projects to correctly itemize customer needs and projects Providing detailed information to all customers timely via phone calls and emails Working with inventory control platforms Ability to collaborate effectively with warehouse department to ensure accurate orders, inbounds, and outbounds 2+ years of Customer Service Experience Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills, including empathy 3PL and SAP experience / familiarity, strongly preferred
