Key Responsibilities

Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to appropriately resolve claims

Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution

Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support claim outcomes

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Minimum of 5 years related claims experience

Active adjusters' licenses in AL, FL, GA, NC, or SC

Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices

Computer experience with related claims and business software
