Position Summary:
As a Buyer's Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping clients find their dream homes. You will utilize your expertise to identify potential buyers, guide them through the purchasing process, and negotiate favorable terms.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Implement effective prospecting techniques to identify and attract potential buyers.
Training: Complete a rigorous 8-week training program to develop your skills and knowledge.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to guide buyers in making informed decisions.
Marketing: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute targeted promotional campaigns.
Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication and follow-up.
Negotiations: Negotiate purchase agreements and address buyer concerns to ensure smooth transactions.
Qualifications:
Real estate license in the State of Nevada
Proven experience in real estate sales, with a focus on buyer representation preferred
Strong understanding of the Lake Las Vegas real estate market and buyer demographics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in real estate software and platforms
Compensation:
$50,000+ yearly, with opportunities for advancement based on performance.
