Care is provided in accordance with current standards and regulations, ensuring optimal quality is maintained.

The RN is responsible for coordinating the interdisciplinary team to implement the established plan of patient care.

Effective management of visit utilization and control of expenses is essential.

The RN may assist in agency-wide orientation, competency evaluations, and consultation to clinical staff related to specific expertise.
