ProHealth Partners is an established multi-specialty physician group and has been providing care to patients over the last 30 years. Our network includes over 250+ physicians in over 100+ clinics throughout the greater Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire areas.
Job Type : Part-time, direct hire
Pay : $21-23 per hour
Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 hours shift
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for inbound and outbound phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Responds to patient inquiries, messages, and requests promptly, ensuring accurate information and excellent customer service.
- Schedules, confirms, and reschedules patient appointments to optimize provider time and office efficiency.
- Verifies patient insurance benefits and eligibility prior to scheduled appointments.
- Communicates important information and messages to medical and administrative staff in a timely manner.
- Maintains patient confidentiality and complies with HIPAA regulations at all times.
Requirements :
