JOB SUMMARY :

This position is responsible for the successful coordination and completion of IT Cabling projects, overseeing all aspects from setting deadlines to monitoring progress and preparing status reports for higher management. The ideal candidate will work closely with design consultants and internal stakeholders to standardize structured cabling and server room designs, aiming to improve delivery speed and cost efficiency across our building portfolio. The role demands an individual with a strong background in IT infrastructure, encompassing networking, WiFi, AV, Security, and smart building technologies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Coordinate and complete IT Cabling projects within deadlines.

Assign responsibilities and oversee the project / program progress.

Collaborate with design consultants and internal teams to standardize and accelerate infrastructure deployment.

Monitor project status and prepare detailed reports for upper management.

Lead and direct project teams, ensuring a high degree of innovation and efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Strong project management and leadership skills.

In-depth knowledge of IT cabling and infrastructure.

Effective communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Industry Experience Required :

Experience in large corporate IT deployments is preferred, with a focus on structured cabling and server room design.
