The Opportunity

Adobe is looking for a high-energy, driven, and self-motivated individual to join Adobe's sales development team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the Corporate Digital Media organization. As a SDR, you are the first line of contact with prospects and must excel in establishing meaningful conversations with C-level decision-makers. You will prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts to generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities. Through account-based sales development, you will identify and build a sales pipeline that leads to revenue growth. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional who is resilient and innovative in building and implementing personalized sales development prospecting campaigns. What You'll Do

  • Be a Document Cloud ambassador and build a great first impression on our prospects and customers by providing them with a premier experience!
  • Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries
  • Proactively identify, contact, and cultivate new business opportunities using a combination of calling, emailing, and social media
  • Be accountable to the goals of qualified meetings, qualified pipeline and booking your own under threshold deals
  • Perform the level of activities (calls, emails, social media contacts, etc) to hit and exceed performance goals
  • Willingness to be creative and try new prospecting strategies
  • Play an active role in the creation and iteration of team processes

What you need to succeed

  • 12+ months of lead generation for a high-growth SaaS business; Inside Sales experience is a plus
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with ambiguity and change, and a passion for helping build Document Cloud
  • Excellent communication, including writing, speaking, listening, and cold-calling
  • Phone-first approach; be ready to cold call and book meetings daily
  • A history of exceeding goals, qualifying high quality high value pipeline and also booking small land and expand opportunities
  • Great understanding of social media and vehicles including LinkedIn, Twitter, blogs, and monitoring tools
  • Grit and ambition
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $70,200 $112,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
