Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you'll step into a world of innovation and transformation. You'll collaborate closely with clients, leveraging your deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud Technologies to craft tailored solutions that optimize financial processes and business operations. Picture yourself leading the charge in designing and implementing Oracle Cloud Technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration and customization. You'll be the go‑to expert for troubleshooting complex technical designs, solutions & challenges, all while providing top‑notch training and support to clients.

What You’ll Do :

• Extensive understanding of the Oracle HCM applications including tables, integrations, reports and fast formulas
• Translate business requirements into CEMLI deliverables
• Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle HCM ERP / Cloud Fusion projects.
• Develop Security and Validation Strategies & Plans for Oracle HCM / ERP Cloud Fusion projects.
• Assist our clients in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and developing test scripts for Oracle HCM ERP / Cloud Fusion projects.
• Experience of Migrating data for Projects from legacy systems of the clients.
• Hands‑on experience with Fusion Release 13
• Prior experience leading HCM implementations & Managed Services engagements
