Community Liaison

Salary Range : $70,000–$80,000 base + Commission + Bonus

Location : Seattle Eastside, WA

Overview

A Place At Home – Kirkland is a growing senior home care agency seeking an experienced, high-energy Community Liaison to drive referrals, build relationships, and grow our presence across the Eastside.

If you have experience in healthcare marketing, home care sales, senior care outreach, or business development , this role offers solid base pay plus commission and performance bonuses .

Primary Responsibilities

The Community Liaison will help expand our home care referral network by :

Building relationships with hospitals, home health agencies, hospices, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehab centers, VA medical centers, physicians, and senior services.

Conducting cold calls, follow-up visits, and referral source meetings.

Presenting A Place At Home services during 1 : 1 meetings and group presentations.

Diagnosing referral source needs and recommending appropriate home care services.

Achieving monthly referral and inquiry goals within the assigned territory.

Maintaining accurate CRM records of calls, meetings, activities, and closed business.

Participating in community events, professional networking, and outreach initiatives.

Conducting in-home Care Consultations (training provided).

Developing weekly & monthly marketing plans with franchise leadership.

Representing the A Place At Home brand with professionalism and integrity.

Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years equivalent work experience.

Strong background in sales, marketing, healthcare outreach, or home care business development (consultative sales a plus).

Preferred : Existing network within healthcare, senior care, or social services .

Proven ability to build trust with families, clients, and referral sources.

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term relationships.

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Highly organized with strong time management abilities.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Proficient in Google products and CRM tools.

Understanding of home care services and the healthcare system (preferred).

Sound judgment, integrity, and consistent follow-through.

Compensation

Base Salary : $70,000–$80,000 (DOE)

Commission Structure : Highly competitive, performance-driven
