• Call Schedule : : 24-hr call; Every 3rd weekend rotation
• Fri(night) - Mon(morning)
• Patient Volume : TBD
• Phone Consults : 2-3 per day
• Annual TCV Volume : 400 pumps
• Case Mix : CTHS
• Required Procedures :
• Aortic dissections
• Emergency ECMO / Impella
• Rarely CABG / cardiac trauma consults
• Other Info :
• The elective CABG / valve consults can be dealt with by primary TCV after the weekend.
• If the staff surgeons are on PTO then the locums will cover that period too; PTO dates to be identified.
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
