Perioperative Patient Care Position

Details : Periop Department, Full-time 0.9 FTE | Start time is typically 4 : 00am, 4 : 30am, 5 : 30am, or 7 : 30am | 10 : 00am or 11 : 00am start time 4x in a 2 week schedule | 8 or 9 hour shifts | No weekends, holidays, or call

Responsibilities

• Perform basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under supervision in assigned area.
• Aid with entry and exit of patients.
• Assist patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living.
• Report findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
• Document necessary records.
• Responsible for keeping patient rooms clean and orderly as well as maintaining medical equipment.

Requirements

Additional Preferences : Preop and post op care of patients. At least 6 months periop / CNA experience preferred.
