Salary : $120K–$150K for Tax Manager | $150K+ DOE for Senior Tax Manager

Overview : A growing, well-established public accounting firm is seeking a Senior Tax Manager or experienced Tax Manager to lead and manage a smaller satellite office . This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated and entrepreneurial tax professional who is ready to take on a leadership role with a clear path to partnership .

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee all tax compliance, planning, and consulting for a variety of clients

Manage and develop a small team within the satellite office

Maintain and grow client relationships through strategic communication and service

Review complex tax returns for individuals, businesses, and trusts

Collaborate with firm leadership on growth initiatives and operational goals

Lead staff training, mentorship, and performance management

Requirements :

CPA designation required

6+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting

Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax codes

Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred

Proven client relationship skills and business development mindset

Ability to work independently while contributing to firm-wide strategy
