Key Responsibilities

Develop new supplements and functional foods with commercial potential and global compliance

Collaborate with labs, scientists, and manufacturers to create innovative products

Ensure all formulations meet regulatory standards and oversee testing and QA processes

Required Qualifications

Experience developing top-selling products in the supplement or functional food industry

Deep knowledge of formulation science and ingredient synergy

Understanding of global compliance frameworks (FDA, TGA, FSA, EFSA)

Fluency in product-market fit with a commercial mindset

Curiosity and attention to detail in product development
