Beztak is looking to hire a Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team! The Senior T echnical Support Specialist is responsible for both technical support to customers and providing administrative assistance to the IT team. Duties include troubleshooting to detect and solve technical problems, installing or updating required hardware and software, maintaining inventory, and auditing properties to provide most up to date technical documentation.
This is an on-site position in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
Essential Functions :
- Ticket ownership, from Request creation to Closed status.
- Provide quality and timely response and resolution to the daily servicing issues encountered by employees within our corporate headquarters and remote locations.
- Research, resolve, and respond to questions received via ticket system, in accordance with standards.
- Educate clients when possible to reduce ticket volume and enhance client knowledge.
- Create new and enhance current knowledge base documents as technology changes.
- Analyze problem & requests to identify permanent solutions, user training needs, Service Desk process improvement, and recommendations to eliminate business interruptions.
- Provide on-site support coverage during standard corporate office hours (some flexibility in hours is required).
