Work for a well-established, physician-owned multi-specialty group in Western Colorado , serving over 55,000 patients across Western Colorado and Eastern Utah. The organization is recognized by the NCQA as a Patient-Centered Medical Home and operates 9 divisions across 4 locations .

Physical Therapist Practice Details :

Patient mix : 90% adult /

Physical Therapy workload :

10-hour day : up to 15 patients

8-hour day : up to 12 patients

Current staff : 5 Physical Therapists, 1 PT Assistant, and 1 Occupational Therapist

EMR : Alleva

Work schedule options : 4- or 5-day work week
