Compensation : Rate Type : Hourly

Over Time : 40 total hours in 1 week : 1.25%

Double Time : None

On-Call : 10$

Call Back : 1.5%

Holiday Pay : 1.5%

• DOES NOT ALLOW BLOCK SCHEDULE UNLESS IT'S FOR WEEKENDS : FRIDAY / SATURDAY / SUNDAY for 36 HOURS or FRIDAY / SATURDAY / SUNDAY / MONDAY for 48 HOURS

REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP :

Minimum Experience Required : 2 years of Experience Minimum

Unit Accepts Unit WILL ACCEPT 1st time Traveler

Required Skill : Will need to have experience with intermediate level cardiac patients, post cardiac intervention, titration of cardiac gtts.

Required Certifications : ACLS, BCLS, NIH

JOB DETAILS :

Target Ratios : 1 : 4-5 (could fluctuate based on unit needs / surges); Avg. Daily Census : 16

Any of our units have the potential to receive COVID-19 patients and every team member is expected to take care of COVID-19 patients as needed.

Unit Will Accept 13 Weeks!

36 or 48 Hours Can be Offer. If Accepting 48 Hours, NO OT billed until after 48 hours

SHIFT : 12 Hour NIGHTS; 18 : 45 - 07 : 15

Float Required : Yes - to our other MSU units.

Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend required.

Patient Age Group : Adults, Geriatrics

Patient Diagnoses : STEMI, CHF, ACS, cardiac dysrhythmias, post-hip / knee replacements.

Special Procedures / Unit Details : Primarily higher level cardiac patients. Post catheterizations, cardiac interventions. Cardiac gtts including but not limited to Cardizem, Dobutamine, Dopamine, Amiodarone, Lasix, including some titration of medications. Initiation of Betapace and Tikosyn. May also have orthopedic patients post-operatively or med-surg overflow at times. Telemetry.

Orientation Details : 24 hours

Scrubs : Any combination of navy and white.
