We are seeking a full-time and PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Medford, Oregon at Avamere at Avamere Rehab of Rogue Valley. Avamere Rehab provides in-house therapy in our Avamere Living communities throughout Oregon and Washington. Avamere Living began in 1995 and has grown to become the industry leader in the Pacific Northwest for Skilled Nursing and Post-Acute Care.
