7A -5 : 30P Wed- SatNumber of Beds - Facility features 28 bed IRF and 383 acute care hospital (avg census 240)Number of Staff - 15 OT's on staff (F / T, P / T, and PRN staff)Type of staff : Day Shift - Staffed to support patient care needsNight Shift - NONEPatient Ratios - 4 patients / day (IRF) 8-12 patients / day (acute care)Type of equipment - 2 therapy gyms, ADL apartmentEMR - MeditechTypical hiring profileSkill Set Most recruited for : Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.Weekend flexibilityWillingness to work on IRF unitCritical thinking / clinical reasoningPreferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.Hospital / IRF experience (highly preferred)Stroke / neuro experienceList typical procedures performed on unit(s) : Evaluation, treatment, discharge Team conferences, family trainingAdaptive devices, adaptive equipmentBest personality Fit : Flexible, team player, collaborative Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.1 weekend shift / month MINUMUM. Occupational Therapist, Rehab Experience : 1 year Certifications : BLS-AHA SSN Required DOB Required Work History : Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
