A multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center in Duluth, Minnesota, is seeking a Board Certified CRNA, preferably pediatric-trained, for ongoing locum coverage. This role involves coverage across ENT and other specialty areas, with opportunities for scheduled cases and optional call support.

Key Details :

Start Date : January 16, 2026 - Ongoing Need

Schedule : Flexible, primarily scheduled cases; call coverage optional

Providers Needed : 3

Setting : Ambulatory surgery center with Level II Trauma hospital affiliation

Patient Volume : 4-5 patients per shift

OR / Service Areas : 15 ORs, 4 endoscopy suites, coverage across specialty areas

Supervision : Medically supervised care team model

Hospital Stroke Certified : Yes

EMR : Epic

Requirements :

Board Certified NBCRNA - Required

Active Minnesota License or Compact License - Accepted

ACLS, BLS, PALS - Required

Pediatric anesthesia experience - Preferred
