Vice President of Finance

A company is looking for a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and cash flow strategies

Deliver actionable insights and financial models to guide executive decision-making

Present KPIs and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and the Board

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)

10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis

Proven senior leadership experience in multi-site or healthcare organizations

Deep knowledge of modeling, forecasting, and performance metrics

Advanced Excel and financial systems expertise
