Vice President

Yalecrest Partners is a private investment firm focused on providing flexible debt and equity capital solutions into the public and private markets.

You will be directly involved in identifying, evaluating, underwriting, and managing opportunistic credit and equity  investments. This includes speaking with C Level executives and being able to articulate our value add as a capital provider while vetting potential opportunities.

Roles :

• Organize analysis and present investment ideas to investment committee.
• Assist in identifying and evaluating public and private corporate debt and equity investments.
• Partner with deal teams on diligence, underwriting, and management of selective investments.
• Perform financial analysis on private and public companies, including detailed financial modeling and credit documentation review.
