This position functions as an instructor in one of the Rutgers Community Arts’ (RCA) Summer Arts Institute, offering intensives in Art & Design, Dance, Filmmaking , Jazz, and Concert Band . Instructors may teach individual classes, masterclasses, or workshops to pre-college students, taking on other duties as assigned. A Rutgers Community Arts Summer Arts Instructor will work with RCA and Mason Gross School of the Arts (MGSA) to create a syllabus and lesson plans for the course and serve as its instructor for the entirety of the program.
