• 24 hour call out of house
• 7 - 12 NICU patients daily census
• Level 3 nursery
• Ventilatory assistance including ETT CPAP required
• Central line placement required
• Exchange transfusion capability required
• Care for infants

• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
