Remote Customer Success & Sales Support Assistant
This is a remote position. We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Remote Customer Success & Sales Support Assistant to provide essential administrative and operational assistance to a sales function. You'll play a vital behind-the-scenes role that ensures sales run smoothly, clients feel supported, and the team can focus on closing deals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping things running efficiently and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities :
- Support the sales team with quotes, proposals, contracts, and order processing
- Conduct post-sale follow-ups to confirm satisfaction and resolve any queries
- Maintain and update CRM systems and internal databases
- Schedule meetings, prepare documents, and assist with sales reporting
- Serve as a first point of contact for client inquiries and direct them to the right channels
- Liaise between departments to ensure smooth communication and task flow
Requirements :
