We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support the day-to-day human resources functions for our growing team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth HR operations, supporting employee engagement, and maintaining compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Work Schedule : Monday through Friday, 7 : 30 am to 4 : 30 pm
Pay Range : $65,000 - $75,000 yearly, depending on experience

Support day-to-day HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenanceAdminister and support employee benefits enrollment, changes, and questionsAssist with weekly payroll processing and employee time trackingEnsure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and communicated effectivelyCoordinate training and development initiatives and track certificationsAssist in recruitment efforts, such as interviewing and onboarding new hiresMaintain employee files in accordance with legal requirements and company policiesSupport employee relations by responding to routine inquiries and assisting with issue resolutionTrack and report on HR metrics as necessaryCollaborate with management to promote a positive and inclusive workplace cultureRequired Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in human resources (generalist, HR manager, or similar role)High school diploma or equivalentAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field is preferredSHRM certification is a plusWorking knowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesProficiency in Microsoft Excel & Outlook systemsStrong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skillsProfessional communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrityStrong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset
