Customer Account Specialist

Pay : Up to $30 / hour Schedule : Full-time, MondayFriday, 7 : 30 AM4 : 00 PM, with overtime as needed

Overview : We are seeking two Customer Account Specialists to manage key accounts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on providing excellent service, coordinating orders, and building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle assigned customer accounts, ensuring accurate order processing and timely communication.
• Develop strong relationships with buyers and decision-makers, addressing issues and identifying opportunities.
• Prepare quotes and proposals, ensuring all pricing and order details are accurate.
• Monitor account activity, track performance, and provide data to support business decisions.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and ERP systems.

Qualifications :

Work Environment : Combination of office and manufacturing floor, with exposure to industrial equipment, noise, and varying temperatures.
