Assisted Living - 4 hours every quarter

Must have NDTR / RD credential awarded from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

DiningRD is actively seeking a contract Registered Dietitian in a consulting role for skilled nursing facilities and / or behavioral health. Are you interested in improving the lives of seniors? Do you have the desire to work with a company that values and respects you? If so, please keep reading!

KEY RESPONSIBLITITES MAY INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO :

• Completion of MDS assessments, Section K, CAA
• Documentation for residents at a high risk for nutritional problems.
• Participation in the care planning process.
• Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Provide oversight to the food service department with routine audit for safety, sanitation, and quality of food.
