Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and administering compensation policies and programs
Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition on hiring and compensation guidelines
Analyze compensation data and market trends to drive process improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in compensation analysis and HR analytics
Expertise in Excel and HR systems, preferably Workday
Experience with global compensation programs
Familiarity with statutory compensation compliance and best practices
