What We Are Looking For :

Join a Federal Contract supporting a government-backed loan program as a Senior Underwriter . The position is fully onsite and potential for full-time (W2) or part-time (1099) roles. Multiple positions are available and must live in the Greater Washington D.C. region : Virginia, the District, or Maryland.

Requirements :

• U.S. Citizenship
• Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Similar
• 12+ years of experience in federal and commercial underwriting
• Familiarity with GAAP, FCRA, and OMB Circular A-129
• Skilled in complex debt structuring and assessing private sector project finance
• Technology Sector underwriting experience
• Must pass Federal Background Check
