Lead Business Development - Servios

A Arena de Servios a nova frente de Business Development da Stone, marcando uma evoluo estratgica de um modelo de negcios horizontal para uma abordagem focada em verticais de mercado especficas. Somos um time focado em desenvolver negcios e estabelecer parcerias estratgicas dentro de ecossistemas prioritrios. Nossa funo construir as teses de crescimento, gerir as principais alianas e coordenar com times internos de Produto e Tecnologia, com o objetivo final de aumentar o market share e a receita da Stone nessas verticais.

Como Ser Uma Pessoa Lead Business Development

Principal pessoa responsvel por definir e executar a estratgia de crescimento da Stone na vertical de Servios Recorrentes, que engloba os mercados de Beleza, Fitness, Educao e Sade. Seu desafio central construir a viso estratgica para esta frente, investigando oportunidades de crescimento que ainda no so evidentes e estruturando o plano de ao. Suas responsabilidades incluem analisar o potencial de investimentos ou aquisies (M&A) para acelerar nossa dominncia de mercado, alm de liderar a gesto dos principais contratos e parcerias. Representa a Stone institucionalmente nestes setores, desenvolvendo alianas internas cruciais com Produto, Tecnologia e Marketing. Alm disso, faz a gesto de pessoas, direcionando na aquisio e gesto de novas parcerias.

  • Capacidade de analisar oportunidades de investimento (M&A) e modelar sinergias estratgicas
  • Slida experincia em gesto de pessoas
