As a Construction Safety Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and enforcing safety programs for construction projects, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and enforce corporate safety programs to ensure compliance with federal (OSHA), state, and local regulations.
• Mentor and oversee Safety Managers, providing leadership and guidance.
• Coordinate and lead subcontractor Pre-Construction Safety Planning Meetings, ensuring field compliance.
• Review subcontractors' Site-Specific Safety Programs and Job Hazard Analyses before mobilization.
• Conduct regular site evaluations, identify deficiencies, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Monitor subcontractor Toolbox Talks for documentation accuracy and quality standards.
• Investigate job site incidents using root cause analysis techniques and develop preventive measures.
• Ensure subcontractors provide proper training to their employees based on the scope of work.
• Perform routine construction site audits and random patrols to ensure safety compliance.

Work Environment :

The position is based at our Phoenix, Arizona facility, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, either 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM or 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM. You will be working at the most advanced semiconductor fab in the United States, which offers a dynamic and innovative work environment. The facility will operate leading-edge semiconductor process technology, ensuring a steady and large workload for years to come. This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits :
