Customer Experience Rep (Floater)

Job Description

Essential Job Responsibilities :

• Fill in at multiple local accounts for employees on scheduled and unscheduled absences, ensuring uninterrupted workflow.
• Perform diverse duties including copy, print, scanning, mail, shipping / receiving, fax, reception, hospitality, and records management.
• Lift heavy objects such as boxes, files, or paper when necessary to facilitate operational tasks.
• Maintain exceptional levels of customer care, fostering a friendly and cooperative atmosphere in all interactions.
• Demonstrate flexibility in meeting customer demands within a high-volume production environment.
• Adhere to business procedures and safety protocols to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
• Receive direction from supervisors or site managers and execute tasks accordingly.
• Maintain accurate logs and reporting documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned to support operational efficiency.
• This role will require frequent travel to various job sites, including the possibility of traveling out of state.

Qualifications :

The pay range for this position starts at $20.00; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position offered."
