RADIOLOGY TECHNOLOGIST - SPECIAL PROCEDURES

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

Must be licensed in Radiologic Technology and must be registered in ARRT.

Experience

Registry eligible or enrolled in an MRI or CT program

Physical

Exposure to radiological hazard-occupational levels. Close eye work. Hearing within normal range. Oral communication. Operates computer, cassette scanning, x-ray, MRI, patient monitoring. Lifting and carrying up to 50lbs. Pushing / pulling up to 300 lbs. Frequent sitting, standing, walking and bending.

Responsible for performing a wide variety of diagnostic imaging procedures by operating complex imaging equipment.
