What You’ll Do

Build rapport and relationships with customers both online and in-store

Use social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to market inventory, generate leads, and strengthen your personal brand

Walk customers through the full vehicle purchase process — from discovery to delivery

Stay up to date with features, specs, and benefits of Ford models (F-150, Explorer, Escape, Mustang, EVs, and hybrids)

Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the Manhattan Ford brand

Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain long-term relationships

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Comfort and experience using social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

Passion for cars — especially Ford vehicles — and a desire to build a career in automotive sales

Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated personality

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Prior sales, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
