Job descriptionCollaborative Team : Join a dynamic group of 6 experienced physicians and 4 advanced practice providers , fostering a supportive and collegial environment. Balanced Call Schedule : Enjoy a manageable 1 : 6 call rotation , ensuring work-life balance. High-Volume Practice : Participate in approximately 1,200 deliveries annually , offering robust clinical experience. Advanced Neonatal Care : Partner with CHOP-affiliated providers in our Level II NICU , ensuring exceptional care for newborns. Integrated Midwife Services : Collaborate with our dedicated Midwife Clinic located off-site, with OB physicians rotating once per week for continuity of care.
